The two school districts began work at Llew City early this year and are expecting to complete the first of a six-building district as part of the plan for the city, which began making $16 million of investments last April. Under first project plans, the proposed plan would include 20 campuses and 33 residences and offices.

It would also include $4.3 million in new construction, according to the plan, which is designed to increase the value of commercial space across multiple corridors for residential use, such as commercial facilities and school grounds.

"We're very excited to be working for this new project in Llew City and we want to make sure we're not wasting any precious taxpayers' dollars," said Mike Schoenfeld, Llew City's general manager.

As part of the plans, the City hopes to build about three dozen campuses, eight residential offices and 14 more high schools, a university and two sports teams, and a regional facility.

One of the buildings, a 16-story building called Llew Avenue, would also be built through the first phases. Building that wouldn't be completed until 2020 would be completed by 2026, with the second phase projected for 2030. The property would be accessible to students and staff at Llew City's nearby schools. Both buildings would also serve an east-west highway, connect Llew High
