I do see some other people creating light blue hairstyle for black hair color. However, I didn't think that it was worth my time or effort to create. I just wanted to make, rather than just try to paint.


First you do the first layer of shadow (for this tutorial I tried to make the shadows at the tip of the head for this tutorial. I'm not convinced that this is the right method so I don't really recommend to the rest of the readers of this blog: 1) make 2 layers of shadow from bottom to top of head 2) make 1 layer from bottom to top of head 3) make 1 layer of shadow from top to bottom 3) make the middle layers from bottom to top of head 4) add 3 layers of shadow to top of head 5) finish off all shadows.


Then start with a final layer of shadow (4 or even 5): add light blue, orange, grey, and pink into each top to bottom layer.


Do a great job. The finished design can look really nice.


Now to start my hair style.

I used various tools such as brush, paper, sponge, acrylic, and razor. I decided to simply use a paper towel to take out my hair.
